Rosmarinus is a completely refurbished three-bedroom flat, an annex to Mincarlo Guest House. Situated at the side of the house, the flat has access to the front terrace with fantastic views across St Mary's harbour and out to sea. The lounge/dining area has patio doors that open out to a view down the side of Mincarlo and towards the harbour. There is a TV, DVD player, stereo with ipod dock, board games, books & tourist information. The flat has a spacious well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs there is one double bedroom with view towards Town Beach, the harbour and Garrison; one twin/double; and one twin looking out over our own veg plot & up to Carn Thomas Rocks (the beds in this room can be made into bunks if required, to make space for a third bed or cot). There is one bathroom with bath (and shower over), toilet and washbasin, and a separate second toilet with washbasin. The flat has been decorated with eco friendly Earthborn paints, bamboo and seagrass flooring, and furnished with reclaimed and locally crafted furniture. Bryony has handmade the curtains, blinds and canvas cushion covers for the sofa. We can provide a cot & highchair for families, and there are buckets and spades, a wetsuit hanging/drying area and ample space to store hire bikes. We include some basic provisions such as muesli/cereals, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil and bread. Cooked breakfasts are available to pre-order from the b&b on most days at £5 each. Rosemarinus is available for Weds-Weds bookings. Rates for 2012 are: March - April 25th - £600 April 25th - May 2nd - £750 May 2nd - 9th - £900 May 9th - 25th - £750 May 25th - September 5th - £900 September 5th - October 3rd - £750 October 3rd onwards - £600 A deposit of £300 is payable at the time of booking, and the balance is due at the end of your stay. |
